- If our event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets to your original payment method. If our event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

If an event has been postponed, it means the Event Organizer is still working to determine whether the event will be rescheduled or canceled. Your tickets are still valid and no further action is required.

When the Event Organizer cancels or reschedules the event, we’ll notify you of the new status and explain your options. If refunds are available and you choose this option, we’ll process it to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing
If you’re a current ticket holder for our postponed Los Angeles event, you’re eligible to attend one of our 2025 tour stops. Here’s how:

- Let us know which tour stop you'd like to attend
Tickets will be issued based on availability and venue capacity, so requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
